Egg Kabab | Egg Snack

Egg Kabab - Healthy and Yummy snack.

Ingredients
  

  • Eggs 8
  • Potatoes 4
  • Green chilly 2
  • Red chilly powder 1 tsp.
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp.
  • Chat masala 1/2 tsp.
  • Coriander powder 1/2 tsp.
  • Roasted cumin seed powder 1 tsp.
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp.
  • Salt as per taste
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Fresh coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • Boil the 6 eggs for 7 to 8 minutes, once boiled remove egg's shells and kept aside.
  • Mash the potatoes smoothly.
  • Add cumin powder,chilly powder, garam masala, chat masala, coriander powder and salt as per taste.
  • Add finely chopped fresh green coriander leaves and mix it well into a smooth dough.
  • Finally make small balls of mashed Potatoes, flatten the ball with help of palm.
  • Stuff the whole boiled egg in it and shape it oval.
  • Repeat the same with all eggs and make kebabs ready.
  • Once all done heat oil in an wok / kadhai.
  • Mean while take remaining 2 eggs and break them in a bowl.
  • Add black pepper powder,pinch of salt in egg mixture.
  • Take bread crumbs in flat plate.
  • Before frying take each kabab, deep it into egg’s mixer and then coat it properly with bread crumbs.
  • Fry all kabab's on low flame.
  • Your kebab's are ready.
  • Serve the kabab's with tomato sauce and enjoy...

Notes

If you are vegetarian then you can use paneer or soya chunks in place of boiled eggs.
