Egg Kabab / Anda Kabab / Egg snack Recipe.

In monsoon season everyone wants to eat something hot, spicy and yummy. Today I am sharing a healthy and yummy recipe. It’s egg kabab, these egg kabab’s are easy to make and very healthy as they contains eggs.

So let’s start with the recipe.

Ingredients
  1. Eggs 8
  2. Potatoes 4
  3. Green chilly 2
  4. Red chilly powder 1 tsp.
  5. Garam masala 1/2 tsp.
  6. Chat masala 1/2 tsp.
  7. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp.
  8. Roasted cumin seed powder 1 tsp.
  9. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp.
  10. Salt as per taste
  11. Bread crumbs 1 cup
  12. Oil for deep frying
  13. Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
  1. Boil the 6 eggs for 7 to 8 minutes, once boiled remove egg's shells and kept aside.
  2. Mash the potatoes smoothly.
  3. Add cumin powder,chilly powder, garam masala, chat masala, coriander powder and salt as per taste.
  4. Add finely chopped fresh green coriander leaves and mix it well into a smooth dough.
  5. Finally make small balls of mashed Potatoes, flatten the ball with help of palm.
  6. Stuff the whole boiled egg in it and shape it oval.
  7. Repeat the same with all eggs and make kebabs ready.
  8. Once all done heat oil in an wok / kadhai.
  9. Mean while take remaining 2 eggs and break them in a bowl.
  10. Add black pepper powder,pinch of salt in egg mixture.
  11. Take bread crumbs in flat plate.
  12. Before frying take each kabab, deep it into egg’s mixer and then coat it properly with bread crumbs.
  13. Fry all kabab's on low flame.
  14. Your kebab's are ready.
  15. Serve the kabab's with tomato sauce and enjoy...
Notes
  1. If you are vegetarian then you can use paneer or soya chunks in place of boiled eggs.

Take all ingredients needed to make egg kabab. 

Boil the 6 eggs for 7 to 8 minutes, once boiled remove egg’s shells and keep aside. Mash the potatoes smoothly.  Add cumin powder,chilly powder, garam masala, chat masala, coriander powder and salt as per taste. 

Add finely chopped fresh green coriander leaves and mix it well into a smooth dough. Finally make small balls of mashed Potatoes, flatten the ball with help of palm. Stuff the whole boiled egg in it and shape it oval. 

Repeat the same with all eggs and make kebabs ready.
